Subject: Homemade Soups
Dear Anne Bellringer:
Can you give me any tips to making quick easy homemade soups? And or recipes.
Thankyou for answering my questions. It's the information I wanted to know. I do have one futher question. Why do you never eat fish? I have had the impression that fish was the best type of meat to eat.
In Love & Light,
LM

Dear LM:
Why do we never eat fish? My wife is a fisher-woman from childhood and her family ate fish. I came from a dairy farm family that never went fishing and never ate fish. When we married we did fishing when possible, and ate some fish, but I never acquired a taste for fish or seafood, plus we could not afford to eat out much. Gradually, our waters became more polluted and fish became contaminated with chemicals. The same was happening to other meats, such as cow's liver. Today, very few fish are free of harmful substances. Hatonn also says that we are not to eat crustaceans, because of their intelligence.
Also, as we became more enlightened our diet changed. We have always had a garden, having come from gardening and canning families. So, we ate vegetables. Hatonn says that "dead flesh" has very low frequencies, whereas vegetables have high frequencies from direct sunlight. He says we need some animal protein, but not a lot. We feel better when we do not eat much meat. Meat also creates acids, which encourage a body acid Ph.
We eat eggs, butter, whole milk, dried peas, dried beans, nuts and peanut butter for protein and fat. The egg-butter-cholestrol thing is a scam by the doctors. We need cholestrol to make collagen tissue to hold us together. If you noticed, the stats on harmful levels of cholestral have been changed in recent years, probably to get more patients/victims into the medical temples of doom (hospitals). For the record we eat an egg every day for breakfast plus many eggs in our cooking and baking. We drink much whole milk and eat butter, and of course petition that our food is kept safe by the Realms of Light.
You also asked about soups. We do not usually follow recipies, but make our own.
TOMATO SOUP
1. Two cups of our tomato juice.
2. One can condensed tomato soup
3. 1 1/2 cups whole milk
4. Spices - 1/4 tsp. each, onion powder, celery powder, parsely powder, rosemary powder, pinch of black pepper. (We make most of our spices)
5. 1/2 to 2/3 cup sugar depending on your taste.
6. Two tsp. butter (Tsp. = Teaspoon)
7. 1 1/2 tsp. salt
Blend all in food blender to mix spices. Bring to boil. If soup curdles, blend again after cooking.
PEA SOUP
1. Cook two cups green split peas in at least 4 cups water until soft. Add water as needed.
2. While cooking add 1/4 tsp. each of onion, celergy and parsley powder, and black pepper.
3. 1 1/2 tsp. salt
4. 1 tsp. butter.
When peas are soft, blend soup in food blender. Add water if soup is too thick. Heat to serve.
BEAN SOUP
1. Cook 2 cups Great Northern beans in five cups of water until soft. Add water as needed.
2. While cooking add 1/4 tsp. each of powdered onion or chives, celery and parsley. Add pepper to taste.
3. 1 1/2 tsp. butter
4. 1 tsp. salt.
5. Two slices of ham ( 1 oz) or one polish sausage chopped small.
6. Prepare the following and add to soup while cooking:
a. 1/3 cups each chopped carrot, celery, onion and green pepper.
b. One medium potato cooked in in water and blended with peel. Add to soup for thickening.
7. Cook until beans are soft. Add water as needed.
VEGETABLE SOUP
1. Put the following in large kettle.
a. Chop: One medium potato, one large carrot, one medium green pepper, one medium onion, one cup cabbage, 1/2 cup zuccini, 1/2 cup celery, one medium tomato (if in season).
b. Two cups whole corn, one cup cut green beans.
c. Two cups tomato juice, and on cup tomato juice cocktail (our homemade).
d. 1/4 tsp. each of powdered chives or onion, celery and parsley
e. One tbls butter, one tsp. salt, pinch black pepper (tbls = tablespoon)
2. Add water to cover vegetables. Add water as needed while cooking or if soup is too thick. Add more salt and pepper to taste. (We do not add peas, as they distort the total flavor).
We usually make double soup recipies and freeze it for future quick meals.
I hope this answers your questions!
In Love and Light,
Patrick H. Bellringer
P.S. Now, I suppose you are going to ask about my famous tomato juice cocktail!

Subject: Crustacean Question?
Hello Bellringer, This is Nico Wishing you a merry Christmas. I have some questions on my mind regarding your most recent hello central article. Could you answer them please thank you? (1) You wrote that hatonn said not to eat any crustaceans because of their intelligence, can you tell me what makes their intelligence different from let's say a cow or a fish for example? (2). There are animals here on earth for food, clothing, etc. how are these crustaceans different in that we can't eat them? (3) I see elephants, dolphins, dogs and cats for example as more "intelligent" than most animals and won't ever eat or kill them for food. Is this what hatonn means? Thank you and I hope you can answer all my questions as I am very fond of prawns or shrimp when I'm able to get high quality seafood or sushi. Once again thank you Patrick.
sincerely NL.
Ps. It feels good to be reading your site again as I was not able to for one month due to tough times. My family and I are hanging in there. I'm trying really hard not to let any negativity thats been happening to me bring me down. Thank you again for the wonderful website.

Dear NL:
Thank you for your letter and questions, and for your kind words for our website.
Creator God Aton/Hatonn says that the highest in intelligence of the animals below humans are the whales and dolphins followed by the arthropod/crustaceans of crab, lobster and shrimp. Other animals you mentioned---elephant, horse, dog, cat--are of lower intelligence. Therefore, Aton tells us not to eat these highly intelligent sea animals, as they greatly help in balancing the energies of the oceans and that of our entire planet.
This may seem far out, but Aton also says that in the creative process of progression, the next stage for the whale is that of a low-in-intelligence human!
You are not alone in having "hard times", my friend. Hang in there and ask the Angels for miracles. This is the time of miracles!
I mention here that my highly enlightened friend, L.M., who first asked the question about food that triggered this "Hello, Central!, just passed on to the Realms of Light, where his health and food problems are no more. Bless him! His "hard times" are over!
In Love and Light,
Patrick H. Bellringer
